• Participating in the preparation of pitch books and information memorandums for companies in various industries • Analyzing financial and operational results of various companies for sell-side and buy-side due diligence projects • Participated in buy-side due diligence project for KKR, with later considering an acquisition of one of Bulgaria’s largest telecommunications provider. • Participated in banking advisory projects aimed at analyzing the quality of banks’ assets (e.g. adequacy of assets and collaterals, valuation of collaterals and calculation of provisions). • Performing industry and company research utilizing online tools (S&P Capital IQ for Market Insight, Mergermarket, BMI Research etc.) and publicly available information

* Supported Manager's analysis of the Office and Leisure Real Estate industry by identifying and benchmarking key performance indicators of 40+ building projects and REITs across Bulgaria * Prepared initial valuation models for companies in the Energy industry using DCF, comparable companies and precedent transactions methodologies; the results from the models were used in investor teaser documents * Wrote information memorandums and industry reports, which were later presented to senior management * Created and presented a list of investment opportunities to senior management, derived by analysing the operational models and DCF analysis of major companies in the Hospitality and Real Estate Industries

* Processed banking products such as letters of collections and guarantees and managed client requests and orders * Worked along with the Advisory department on more than 20 bank guarantees, defining the optimal covenants for both the bank and its clients * Processed more than EUR 50 million worth of letters of credit, helping reach my departments annual goals * Built professional relationships across departments resulting in the head of GTB department decision to provide reference for my work and masters applications
