I have in total more than 25 years of working experience being involved with various international projects and multinational companies. Out of them there are more than 15 years of HR Management experience occupying the roles of HR Manager and HR Director. During my HR management I have worked with large and well-known companies and their sizes were like between 300 up to 62 000 employees. In my working history I have obtained very good knowledge and implemented competencies in the following: • Building HR Vision and Strategy; • Organizational Development and its Effectiveness; • Building of proper Compensation systems, support and management; • Developing and introducing effective Training systems with very good return of investment; • Introducing Systems for growing and supporting Talents; • Implementing efficient systems for Employee Relations; • Closely supporting entire management for their strategy implementation and operational requirements.
