Key accountabilities
CIMA Qualification is highly complex financial product, which consists of 5 various products and variety of distribution channels. The key focus of the role is development and execution of marketing and strategy “from scratch” in Emerging Markets (Focus: Russia and Poland, CIS and Central Europe).
• Financial targets: Delivered KPIs in line with CIMA Emerging markets expansion strategy, monthly reporting and tracking the KPIs for all on-line and off-line comms campaigns,
• Research and Strategy: Strategy and go-to-market plan for 5 CIMA products, brand awareness research, consumer segmentation research, comms message development, strategy for event and advertising partnerships, CRM customer journey development for CIMA global
• Digital: FB strategy and implementation, website development (www.cimarussia.com), on-line advertising, blogger cooperation, digital PR, CRM mails, Twitter.
• Off-line: POSm, PR strategy development and execution (Management of PR agencies in Poland and Russia), Planning and execution of high profile events (round tables with key market players, events for prospective customers, customer events, etc), creative mobile campaigns (eg. CRM SMS, SMS geo-targeting), regional call center management (1 person)
• Projects Management: Led workshops and presentations for the team and external clients
• People mentoring and development: 2 people
