Petroleum trade. Negotiations,contracts.

I supervised production and sales of company’s products and was in charge of more than 100 employees. Additionally I searched for foreign suppliers of furniture components, accessories and materials for furniture manufacturing. I established an additional business for our company by having arranged production of furniture components in Turkey. That allowed us to set up a profitable wholesale business of furniture components in Russia, as well as using them in production of our own furniture. I was coordinating the whole transaction process including negotiations, contract arrangements, import and domestic sales.

I was responsible for export and import of such raw materials as plastics, various liquid petrochemicals, methanol, pulp, aluminum etc. My work was to find Russian suppliers of requested goods, negotiate prices as well as other conditions with the supplier, to arrange foreign trade contracts, to find the most suitable forwarding company and the least costly way for transportation of the goods. I reported directly to the Vice - President of Samsung Corporation. During my work with the company, I have initiated and developed supply of one extra petrochemical item for export, which allowed us to increase turnover by additional 2,000 Mt of petrochemicals per month.

I was in charge of the company engaged in food supplements and cosmetics trading. Since my appointment to that position, I’ve created an efficient team of workers, established proper documentation process and arranged systematic supply and distribution of products. As a result, our sales have increased by 200% within one year.

My responsibilities included setting up trade representative offices abroad and legal registration of the company’s products in various countries as well as finding the right candidates for directorship among residents. I established the company’s representations in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Mongolia and China. I was promoted to the position of General Director of “VIP-Direct Ltd”.

Export of crude oil and oil products from Russia. I was responsible for oil products export sale and coordinated the whole transaction process, concluded contracts with refinery plants, searched for potential customers abroad, negotiated terms and conditions of arrangements with foreign buyers, supervised work of forwarding agents and insurance companies. I expanded the market of the company to Mongolia, which allowed us to sell additional 90,000 metric tons of light oil annually. Moreover, I implemented the delivery of gasoline to remote and difficult to access northwest regions of Mongolia from the Angarsk refinery plant by tanker trucks. This expansion was profitable. In the course of conducting my business, I was offered the temporary post of Deputy to the Head of Export division in the “Trade House of the East Oil Company” in Tomsk, as a combined job which I took up after my superiors' approval.

Export of armament and military equipment. I dispatched goods and ensured all paper work was in order for customs to have the goods loaded on planes without problems.

Protection of industrial and private property. I was in charge of 52 policemen and 12 civilians from technical maintenance team.
