As a team lead, I was involved in the main streams of Ozon: e-commerce & e-grocery: • Led negotiations with the largest suppliers, such as The Coca-Cola Company, Mars, Unilever, etc., which gave us better partnership arrangements in the market and allowed us to surpass the committed metrics: av. margin +15%, availability 90%+, write-offs -5%. Managed a team of five. • Prepared and implemented the commercial strategy aimed at rapid nationwide expansion and sustainable growth of Ozon Fresh dark stores. It led us to dozens of dark stores nationwide, and dark store launch costs reduction by 15%, had increased CR, AOV, and retention rate. • Launched and scaled the on-demand e-grocery startup Ozon Fresh Franchise while managing multiple cross-functional teams. As a stakeholder, I supervised the product, the internal and external system infrastructure redesign, and their redevelopment. • Led supply chain optimization project to boost the capacity of hubs and logistic centers. Improvements I made allowed Ozon to get the most relevant stock without losses in variety, which caused exponential GMV YoY growth, -10% in problematic stock share. Supervised team of six

During my engagement at Steklo-Service, I initiated and led the following projects: • Led transformation project for HQ and the branches, which brought us the highest revenue and helped the company get certificated for worldwide export purposes. Designed and kicked off the 5-year growth strategy for domestic and foreign markets. Reduced supplies and logistics costs. Redesigned distribution channels with the franchising model which gave +7% in revenue. • Led business processes automatization project aimed at increasing speed and quality at all stages of the production process, with a forecasted OpEx reduction of 5% and an increase of EBITDA by 10%+. During this project, I directly managed a team of 10 • Brand promotional project where I managed a team of 7.
