• Planning, scheduling and monitoring translation projects for a major Life Sciences account. • Management, sourcing and co-ordination of translators, file engineers and desktop publishing specialists for up to 30-35 active projects daily. • Translations proofreading and QC-checking • Communication with clients, linguists and colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction

Duties: • Customers relations and service (incl. orders management, analysis of files, price calculation, invoicing and quotations administration, feedback analysis for translation quality assurance, glossary creation, notarial office reference, etc.). • Coordination of incoming orders, translators assignments, monitoring and controlling workflow, negotiating with requestors. (Clients’ fields include: consulting, law, mining, energy, sports, e-Commerce, marketing, oil extraction, petrochemistry, printing&publishing, etc.) • Search and selection of new contractors, negotiating vendor rates, linguists’ workload management, training and supporting linguists in the use of the company’s CAT-system. • Basic editing, proofreading, formatting and DTP. • Reporting Achievements: • Organized complex processes for highly demanding clients: 4 major consulting companies (world top 10), 3 world’s major law firms. • Successful negotiation on a number of large projects up to 400 000 words each. • Successful organization of a number of complex interpreting events including simultaneous interpreting by 6 interpreters with 3 different language pairs for a major international sports organization. • Managed a solid workflow with up to 15-20 assignments (up to 40 000 – 50 000 words) on a daily basis. Smooth everyday communication with 30-35 translators in constant pool. • Excellent workload management online via CAT-cloud with up to 30 contractors working simultaneously.
