Appraisal of new assets in the MENA region; Expert review of the decisions made by the collegial asset management bodies, control over implementation of the adopted decisions. Management and oversee all phases of project construction works from commencement to completion of the Central Process Facilities – 400 kbpd. Plan, direct, coordinate and manage all construction activities in the assigned project area (CPF) to ensure project progress and completion in accordance with overall project plan. Coordinate engineers and contractors to keep project compliant with Budget, Schedule, Quality and HSE requirements

Responsible for every activity related to civil/structural design and engineering for the Capital Construction Projects on phases of FEED and EPC; Coordinate Civil and Structural engineering design of FEED and EPC contractors • Establish communication norms and review contractor’s work process and procedures; • Review, monitor and providing inputs on project Civil and Structural engineering deliverables, vendor data and design changes; • Coordinate Civil and Structural engineering aspects of the project to ensure the technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget and schedule; • Monitor Contractor’s performance and provide advice as necessary to ensure Company’s design philosophy and specifications are achieved; • Provide timely review of Contractor’s Civil and Structural designs and deliverables; • Provide and coordinate timely response to FEED, EPC and construction contractors’ queries regarding Civil and Structural engineering

Responsible for civil/mechanical engineering and project management for TCO FMPG Projects: Industrial Base Boilers Replacement, Rip Sera FW Tanks, FW Ring Main & Pump Station installation, TCOV Data Center HVAC Upgrade from $5 MM to $20 MM on phases of design, engineering, construction and commissioning. • Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction. Monitor the technical assurance of the engineering, design services and deliverables. • Provide technical and procedural guidance, and support for engineering and design staff; engineering and construction/installation support for the modifications and improvement/upgrade activities, and routine maintenance on civil/mechanical projects. • Responsible for developing a frame, conceptual design, alternatives, detail design package, construction/installation, commissioning, start-up, hand-over and close-out. • Lead the development of generating alternative solutions on civil/piping/mechanical engineering

As Civil/Structural Project Engineer I was responsible for design and engineering in accordance with BSI, API, National Norms and Regulations. Provided coordination of drafting, engineering, and construction; Was in charge of steel and concrete structures design analysis using STAAD 2004 & SAP 2000; Prepared JPs and Bid documentations; Reviewed and approved project engineering documentation prior to construction; Participated in regular progress construction meetings to solve important issues between Project Engineering/Construction Department and Engineering/Construction Contractors. Reviewed and approved design modifications when proposed by construction Contractor; Monitored “As-Built” and handover documentation prepared by Contractor. Provided Design and Engineering support for major “ZOC” projects
