• Supporting the development of global product portfolio • Providing market, commercial and competitor analysis to support the product across the world, and identify key opportunities for growth • Performing profitability analysis of the product portfolio • Working with Product Management team in Germany to ensure synergetic growth of the product within a larger portfolio. • Working closely with Business Development, Regional Product Managers and Sales in order to optimise the product strategy to achieve business growth goals.

• Implemented a site-wide HR project, worked closely with senior management. This competency tool allowed managers across site to evaluate and identify training needs for their staff against the Siemens Leadership Framework. Project managed the cascade of the tool, as well as individually coaching and leading areas to install it. • Managed projects throughout the whole lifecycle from project initiation to project execution in a number of differing business areas. • Presented top level proposals in Congleton Management Meeting – this included for example gaining top-level support for a waste management project, as well as the associated investment being approved. • Worked on multiple projects in support of Siemens Congleton’s World Class 2015 strategy, which includes improving sustainability and Health & Safety processes. This latter project took place in the SMT process area, a highly automated manufacturing area where culture change is required, my project contributing towards this. • Initially joined Siemens as a business graduate following my master’s degree in Marketing from Aston University. This allowed me to move around various business areas of Siemens, as well as engage with graduates on other Siemens sites following similar schemes.

Within a large team working on one of the biggest financial fraud cases in European history I: • Provided analysis and reports to support the investigation • Presented the new findings to the forensic team • Worked with the team to identify financial crime models • Used Russian language skills to identify relevant documentation • Travelled on a delegation to Moscow to investigate further evidence

• Monitored and reported the status of projects including budgets, resource utilization and tracking actual expenditure against plan across the risk management portfolio • Analysed business performance of the department and providing feedback to the Senior Management • Reported monthly performance results to the CFO and the CEO in London and New York • Supported the senior management in the implementation of a new project management system • Trained consultants on the newly implemented system
