Responsibilities: - Requirements gathering for technical and business needs, managing recruiting within agreed budgets and complete line management responsibility - Setting up development processes and procedures from a scratch, in line with UBS standards - Act as scrum master, facilitating development process, removing impediments - Outsourcing risk assessments involving Legal, Compliance, IT Risk, Information Security, Group Tax, Accounting and related audits and internal controls.
