Managing of System Software Lab. Managing and development of projects in System Software, speedup and parallelization of SW. Development and maintenance of network monitoring with using of zabbix, Apache, MySQL, PHP, Python, imap, SOAP, nuSOAP, wsdl, Cassandra, Jasper-Beeline API, PHP zabbix API. Data migration from Orion, BeeLine, Megafon into zabbix. Execution of projects in Big Data (Spark, Scala, Hadoop) and Machine Leaning. Parallelization and speedup of Machine Learning algorithms (kMeans, SVM, NaiveBayes, kNN, CART, Apriori, SVD, Community Detection) on Scala, Scalan DSL languages with usage of Java Native Interface (JNI) for implementation in Spark. Speedup Genetic Analysis Tool Kit (GATK). Speedup and parallelization of Clone Detection Software on SMP servers. 6 patents were written and presented on these directions.

Managing of software development for embedded systems and development of virtual OS: 18 successful projects were done (6 of them were nominated with Samsung special prizes), 32 applications to patent were registered, 14 patents were granted, 18 papers and book were published, 13 presentations on conferences were done.

Development of numerical methods for mathematical modelling of multi-phase flows in systems of nuclear power stations.

Development, analysis and support BOSS3000 (outsourcing software development and support for Prudential Financial).

Investigations in high-resolution numerical methods for hyperbolic partial differential equations. F90/MPI software development on a 48 nodes Linux KAIST platform.

Investigation of h-p adaptive finite element methods. Development finite element mesh dissection algorithms and software tools for finite element code Micro FE (TM-Product of mb Software AG). Development multi-level substuctured algorithms and software tools for finite element code MicroFE 6.0 (TM-Product of mb Software AG). Design and developed new quasi-characteristics multi-dimensional algorithms and software tools for the solution of 3D supersonic flows problems in gas dynamics lasers and rocket nozzles. Design and developed high precision 3D characteristics algorithms and their application to the solution of supersonic flow problems in rocket engines. Design and developed algorithms and software for solution of 3D variation problems of supersonic gas dynamics. Design and developed algorithms and software for numerical design of 3D of supersonic nozzles with uniform outlet flow. Design and developed algorithms for numerical solution of 3D Goursat problems in ill-posed case. Design and developed spline and boundary integral equations algorithms and software tools for the solution viscous flow problems.
