Technical Support Specialist
Support of the strategic data and critical

Application Support Engineer
Project: The project develops and supports a portfolio of internal applications in Identity
& Access Management of Chief Security Office for Tear 1 multinational investment bank.
Portfolio covers tool supported processes to request, revoke and provision access rights
for end users and technical users. It helps to achieve compliance with security policies
and regulatory requirements. The portfolio provides: Automatic on- and off-boarding of
Primary Access (Active Directory, Exchange, LDAP); Access request, approval,
provisioning and recertification of access (automated or manual); View access
functionality for application access; Password reset functionality; Request, approval and
provisioning of Active Directory groups, users and membership, home drives and Unix
accounts; Secure distribution of passwords to end users; Partner management and
governance of decentral ID admin activities or dependent ID
