Head of Human Resources and Organisational Development Department

• Overall Development of HR department for ( All B2Broker offices, 10 Locations around the world).
• IT Recruitment ( Specifically in Fintech industry).
• Personally headhunt and hire top level director and managerial roles within in the blockchain/crypto industry.
• Strategic planning, advising and reporting to the top management on full HR life cycle.
• Continuous development of areas where we have Fx, Crypto, NFT, payment, institutional licenses etc
(UK, Cyprus, Estonia, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Vanuatu, Mauritius, Malaysia and Hong Kong).
• Training, mentoring and motivating the international HR team. Recruitment team to cold search and hunt from top fintech companies for junior to senior IT developers and top level managerial roles such as CTO ,CIO etc.
• Corporate Culture: develop policies, plans, goals and execute them for building the employer brand to attract the best talent in the industry to join the B2Broker team.
• Constant development: as the industry and market is dynamic, i follow the trend and support the management as Hr business partner to implement right HR strategies.
