Project almost failing after 2 previous teams attempts to finish it when we get it. I and team save project, redevelop some parts on remaining budget and almost in time. • Consult and redesign algotrading infrastructure for hedge fund. Save fund from bankruptcy, reorganize R&D team and redesign software solutions for critical subsystems. • Consult big player on advertising market who want to move from classical traffic acquisition model to RTB. Our expertise was critical for roadmap planning and software solution design. I assist on moving project implementation to third party.

We created DSP, DMP, custom NLP solution for classification web and in-app inventory. Become authorised vendor for a lot of Publishers and Suppliers in CIS. We create a number of predicts that make optimisation of brandformance and CPA campaigns. We create automated audience segmentation engine that mimics Google, MyTarget and Yandex segment trees. It adapting to new inventory and update segmentation rules. We test and use a lot of ML ideas and methods to archive great results for our customers.
