Was involved in many duties and had multy task job:
• Preparing staff work schedules and assign specific duties.
• Problem solving, resolving conflict with clients. • Providing customers with travel suggestions and information sources, such as guides' brochures, directories and maps.
• Promoting and marketing the business, dealing with customer queries and complaints.
• Providing advice about visas or passports, also their lost and UAE rules to follow to restore lost documents.
• Recruiting. Training and supervising staff.

• Maintaining statistical and financial records.

• Preparing promotional materials, taking part in brand production design: brochures, catalogues, uniform.
