I have been responsible for a few accounts (including the biggest one), Search department (specialisation) management and some company process improvement: - Account/Program management, - Staffing/Tracking of 4 accounts and more than 15 projects, - Risk management, - Communication with client, - Building a team and keep them motivated, - Revenue/headcount/utilisation/etc. growth, - Account roadmap and its project on time delivery, - Search expertise growth. Achievements: - 2 new accounts were launched, - Took the role of a Delivery Director of one of the biggest account (more than 140 engineers) and grew it for more than 30%. Now this account is the biggest we have in terms of headcount and revenue, - Kept an attrition less than 5%. - Launched the Search school and launched Search program that helps to grow an expertise of our engineers - Got an award "Account and Delivery Director of the year".

Built and managed software development Under my leadership we created and brought to market a number of products, such as billing system, processing system, and delivered a great amount of functions and modules to existing customer information systems (outsource).. Today it is used by seven companies and generates more than 70% of our company revenue. Our hi-tech products are designed to work with large data and under high load, operate in a cluster and cloud architecture. I consolidated all tasks and requirements in Jira, used it as the primary tracking system. I also built highly-motivated, effective team. For 5 years of my work, staff turnover was less than 5%. Responsibilities: - Build and lead a highly energised team department (70 employees: analytics, architects, engineers, testers, technical writers). - Manage of the development teams to include recruiting, project assignments, scheduling, performance reviews, and mentoring. - Drive implementation and improvements of agile (and waterfall methodology) processes within teams. - Communication with Client Executives and Partners to discuss contract terms, goals, requirements and the progress. - Responsible for reviewing and evolving the software development using latest technology. - Mentor Technical Leaders on choosing solutions architecture, coding standards and programming techniques to improve quality. - Collaborate with Project Management on scope, schedule and quality for each release cycle to ensure success. - Collaborate with Support and Infrastructure Department to manage product maintenance activity.

Delivery of the software to customers and conduct the negotiations. Made the project that goal was to port an enterprise information system from Interbase to Oracle. Defined Java as a main programming language. Produced and delivered software as a part of a small team (5 employees) with full circle: - analyze customer requirements ; - design and engineer software; - prepare a documentation; - teach users; - support. Developed an information system of debtors disconnecting, which day-to-day automatically found new debtors and generated orders for switching electricity off. For this project I was awarded for one of the most important contribution of 2003. Developed a great amount of new functions for enterprise information system.
