Accomplishments: Establishment of Release Documentation Creation Process for the company's clients. The key deliverables: creation of a process for preparing release documentation, confirmation with project manager and development team managers, preparation of documentation using the above process, preparation of handover notes for future operation of the process. End result: clients get release documentation on time.

Implementation of Homnet Leasing system (1C 8.0) in the Cisco Capital. The key responsibilities of the role on the project are negotiations with the vendor and getting all vendor’s deliverables on time and with due quality. The role involves status checks and control of execution of the following main project activities: preparation of the project plan; creation of the training plan and organising trainings; deployment of a standard version of the system; preparation of analysis documents for the functionality to be developed and getting approval from the end users; control of development process; IT testing and UAT of the developed functionality; deployment on Production. Support process organisation. Working with vendor on the end users enhancement requests after deployment: getting time and material estimates for enhancements form the vendor; negotiation of these estimates. End result: implementation of the system on time and on budget.

Implementation of the Sales Orders Delivery Planning Information System in the Transport Department. Deep analysis of the sales orders delivery planning system provided by the software vendor. Specification of requirements for integration of the existing ERP system and the sales orders delivery planning system. Preparing user manuals. Result: information exchange interface between systems was created, users were trained to work with the new system, orders delivery was optimised. Implementation of HR and Payroll Calculation Information System (1C 8.0). Running interviews with end users in order to collect information for the tender documentation (RFI, RFP). Analysis of vendor software products available on the market. Preparing scenarios for vendor presentations. Organisation of presentations with software vendors according to these scenarios. Analysis of presentation results, participation in the system selection process. Development of additional functionality, creation of new algorithms for the payroll calculation business process, report configuration, UI configuration, defining and configuration of the system permissions for all user roles. System implementation, preparing users manuals, user training, Result: clear payroll calculation algorithms are used by users, there is possibility to create personal and payroll reports quickly and with different configurations. Company budget planning and allocation system analysis. Preparing functional requirements and RFP for the company’s budget allocation process automation. Result: RFP for choosing budget allocation system was created. Implementation of Warehouse Storage System. Warehouse storage business processes modelling, existing ERP system enhancement. Creation of rules for the warehouse workers according to the new system, implementation of the new business processes, controlling execution of the new rule system by warehouse workers. Result: every pallet has its own ID; there is information in ERP system about exact location of all pallets in the warehouse; sales order packaging time is reduced; the inventory audit process became easier; there is an opportunity to create different kinds of reports on pallet storage from the information system. Definition of business processes for the new warehouse. Warehouse business processes modelling (EPC models). Confirmation of developed models with the top management. Preparing specification for improvement of the existing ERP system. Result: new warehouse business processes were defined, required resources were determined. Reengineering of stock business processes in the main warehouse. Modification of such business processes as picking up and packing of sales orders, shipment and client’s refunds. Modelling and confirmation of modified business processes. Preparing requirements specification for developers. Preparing user manuals. Implementation of the new processes. Return on investment analysis. Result: improved sales orders packing quality, increased percentage of sales orders delivered on time, reduced theft at the warehouse. Company internal report system automation. Reviewing company’s system of internal reports, revealing reports done manually, preparing technical specification for automatic report creation from the database. Result: percentage of reports done manually was decreased.

Development of the trial version of the medical information system for tracking government subsidised free medication prescriptions to patients according to the new legislation. Getting knowledge in medical area and the new law on allocation of free medications. Defining functional requirements for information system, preparing functional specifications, explaining functionality to programmers, analysis of development outcome. Result: trial version of the medical information system was created. Medical information system prototype creation for first aid posts. Learning first aid posts business processes, preparing functional specification, development of the UI for the aid post information system, explaining requirements to developers, analysis of development outcome. Result: medical information system prototype for first aid posts was created. Universal medical organisation electronic passport development. Getting knowledge about different healthcare organisations, composing functional specification for universal medical organization electronic passport. Result: functional specification was created. Taking part in the project of Gazprom Company Medical Department business process reengineering. Gazprom Company Medical Department business process analysis, business process reengineering necessity justification. Result: business offer about Medical Department business process reengineering to Gazprom Company was prepared.
