Result: information exchange interface between systems was created, users were trained to work with the new system, orders delivery was optimised. Implementation of HR and Payroll Calculation Information System (1C 8.0). Running interviews with end users in order to collect information for the tender documentation (RFI, RFP). Analysis of vendor software products available on the market. Preparing scenarios for vendor presentations. Organisation of presentations with software vendors according to these scenarios. Analysis of presentation results, participation in the system selection process. Development of additional functionality, creation of new algorithms for the payroll calculation business process, report configuration, UI configuration, defining and configuration of the system permissions for all user roles.
