Engaged in planning and organising a business trip for the executive team of a Russian medium-sized company to Italy, Germany and The Netherlands. The company was seeking to buy a large amount of new equipment for its retail business. My main duty was accompanying the executives during the trade fair and providing instantaneous translation between German, English and Russian. Under the supervision of the main tax consultant I gathered information about the main industry trends and produced a report on the German consulting industry to Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnical University

Organised meetings for students and professors. Flexibility was required to find the best solution for both parties. I worked with a high volume of archive data and created a database index for future use
