Vladimir joined the Strategy Group at KPMG Transaction Services – Consumer and Industrial Markets in May 2006. His work to date included the following: * oil & gas projects including - major IPO in the LNG sector where the target was a mid-stream import terminals operator – total deal size GBP 400m - commercial due diligence assistance to a financial institution in their acquisition of an oil field in Kazakhstan – total deal size USD 1.91bn * strategy assignments - strategic options generation, evaluation and part implementation for a FTSE250 company in the logistics sector - strategic opportunity review for a major British building materials merchant during their acquisition of a Scandinavian DIY operator (total deal size GBP 1bn) - review of industrial locations for a Central European packaging manufacturer - strategic options review for a global aerospace/medical manufacturer * other projects included IPO (Long Form) assistance and commercial due diligence work TRANSACTION EXPERIENCE: management buy-out, LSE AIM listing, leveraged buy-out, disposal, acquisition TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL ACCREDITATIONS: KPMG Transaction Services (Levels 1 and 2), Commercial Due Dilligence, Private Equity Leveraged Buy-Outs

Prior to joining KPMG, Vladimir worked in management capacity at Hayklan Industry Group for 6 years; his relevant experience included: * a consulting project for a major Kazakh oil transport company on leak detection infrastructure * development and implementation of an integrated security system for a major Russian bank * commercial and financial due diligence work on a proposed development of a transport hub facility in the Moscow region * due diligence work on a business centre operation in Uzbekistan business restructuring and separation of German and French operations of a publishing business from the Group MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: Vladimir joined Hayklan Industries Group in September 2000; during his career, Vladimir progressed from the position of Export Manager to the General Manager of the Group and became a member of the Board Vladimir’s Directorships included: * Hayklan Concepts Limited (Head Company of the Group providing central management of the Group and management consulting services) – Director and General Manager - appointed as General Manager from January 2003 - organised and facilitated provision of management services to all Group companies, with emphasis on underperforming companies - also in charge of strategic and commercial planning, budgeting and project management * News Digest International Limited and Eikoku News Digest Limited (Group’s publishing business) – Director and Chief Executive Officer; Doitsu News Digest GmbH (Group’s German publishing business) – Geschäftsführer - Reporting to the Board, implemented day-to-day running of the business with 55 staff and 17 writers, with offices in Paris, Düsseldorf, Munich - Planned and implemented management buy out of News Digest from the Group in 2003-2004, brought the company to profitability and sold his share to a Japanese conglomerate in 2005-2006 * Wiggins Cathedral View Limited and Compton Wiggins Limited (Group’s land and property development business, joint venture with Wiggins Group PLC) – Director * Venture Media PLC (Canadian based, IT arm of the Group) – Director COUNTRY EXPERIENCE: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Russia, also Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE: Familiar with UK, French and German accounting principles and statutory compliance.
