I teach as a Professional Teacher on italki. I teach General English, Structured Conversation and All Things British. In my General English lessons, I use materials like coursebooks, worksheets, PowerPoint presentations, Ted Talk/YouTube videos, articles and blogs. I provide homework assignments. In my Structured Conversation lessons, I use a range of materials including worksheets, Ted Talk/YouTube videos, articles and blogs. I provide written feedback for students after the lesson which details errors and corrections, new words learned and recommendations on how to further their learning. In my All Things British lessons, I teach students all about the UK from British history, culture, customs and traditions, British slang and the differences between UK and US English. I plan to take a Business English course in the future and teach Business English.

I currently teach English as a Community Tutor on a freelance basis. I offer 3 lessons called: Let's have a chat, Everything English and All Things British. In my "Let's have a chat!" lessons, I provide free talk conversation practice. Students who book this lesson come to class and talk about whatever they like. I provide corrections and feedback during and at the end of class. In my Everything English lessons, I teach general English, help students work on an area of English they're unsure of, do general Business English work, participate in question-answers sessions and also provide structured conversation practice. I worked as a Legal Secretarial Assistant in the Real Estate Central Support team in Manchester, providing office administration support (e.g. scanning, printing, creating new cases, audio and copy typing).

I worked in the Customer Accounts team in the British Red Cross Training office in Salford where I helped resolve queries over the phone and email, process invoices and spend reports and attend regular meetings regarding overdue invoices.

Admiral is a motor insurance company based in Wales, UK. I worked in their Claims department and handled a caseload of personal injury claims. This involved assessing liability, indemnity, negotiating with the claimant solicitors and settling claim.
