• Production of key controls through the full product life cycle across all products traded by the Group’s International Operations teams • Improving the efficiency and controls of all products traded through independent reconciliation and oversight of the trade and clearance processes • Identifying and escalating risk items to ensure their timely and accurate resolution and monitoring any remedial actions taken by the market teams. Producing timely statistics • Performing trend analysis of exceptions in order to identify recurring issues and implement solutions for their remediation. Implementing new controls • Undertaking regular risk reviews to ensure the adequacy of controls to mitigate financial, regulatory, and reputational risks for the Firm. • Documenting process flows and creating procedure manuals for any functions performed. Contributing to the development of the best methods, risks reduction and increased controls • Supporting incoming/outgoing internal and external audit request processes; liaising with regulators and auditors during audit • Extensive ad hoc analysis for the Management Team
