- New business processes creation and approval for Accounts opening, Trading, Allocation, Reconciliation, Fees calculation and allocation, Accounting, Client Reporting.
- Development in different applications for new type of client accounts, correct trade processing, fees calculation and allocation, reconciliation and reporting.
Product Control projects: creating and implementing universal procedure and algorithms for local offices (South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya and any other office in the future) for automatic P&L reporting and Sales Credit reporting.
