Owned all aspects of NPI process for condition monitoring products, including vibration sensors and transmitters; Developed and introduced to the market a number of new electro-mechanical products (i.e. HS-150, HS-170 Accelerometers, HS-160 velocity meter, battery powered HS-104, HS-104C accelerometers, MEMS based HS-427, HS-427H (125 °C) 4-20 mA transmitters series and other customized devices); Performed marketplace analysis using marketing mix tools to identify customer needs, product definition, market segments potential, competitive offerings, etc; Developed product positioning including roadmaps, pricing strategy, sales channel optimization to ensure competitive edge, etc; Hands-on experience in market communication, including digital marketing tools, compiling data sheets, manuals, reports, presentation material for conferences and other online resources; Technical and marketing support to sales personnel promoting confidence in product quality and state-of-art technology; Defined and managed global product launches including sales/support force training, marcom materials, support to operations to ensure required lead time; Clear communication of product updates, roadmaps, market intelligence to business directors, sales/support force, technology development and operations teams; Managed a team of engineers and technicians.

Joint Oxford Instruments in 1995 with prime responsibility to coordinate “SuperSQUID” international collaboration as a part of European Framework IV involving six organisations from UK (NPL, OI), Sweden (Chalmers University, ABB), Germany (PTB) and Denmark (NKT). From 1998 to 2002 participated in two ESA Earth Observation Programs: (1) Program manager in the Gravity Field and Steady-State Ocean Circulation Explorer Mission; (2) Technology consultant in the S-Cam program, optical astronomy with a Superconducting Tunnel Junction-based imaging spectro-photometer. Managed a number of high profile R&D projects in collaboration with leading UK and German Universities: CREST-2 dark matter experiment (Oxford University and MPI, Munich), Superconducting X-ray camera for space applications (Space lab of Leister University), low field superconducting NMR and MRI systems (Royal Holloway College), MALDI-TOF mass-spectrometry (Neuchatel University). Promoted Oxford Instruments capabilities in cryoelectronic fabrication globally to secure new R&D contracts through (1) S&M presentations in Los Alamos Lab. (USA), Max-Planck Institute (Munich, Germany), National Physical Lab. (London), Royal Observatory (Edingburgh), Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (Berlin) and others. (2) Delivered dozens of scientific presentations at International Conferences, (3) published 50 papers in top refereed journals, (4) wrote a monograph 'Nuclear Electronics with cryogenic detectors' with top publisher: Wiley, 2006.
