COMPUTER SKILLS: • Excellent working knowledge of Windows Operating System (Windows XP, Vista, 7); • Very good knowledge of MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.); • Good knowledge of different computer software and hardware. PERSONAL SKILLS: • Ability to research, analyse, evaluate and to work under pressure; • Knowledge of Financial Statements Analysis, Financial Ratios; • Knowledge of valuation techniques (Discounted Cash Flow, CAPM, WACC, DDM etc.); • Capital Budgeting (NPV, IRR, Payback period, etc.) • Understanding of different financial instruments (Stock, Bonds, etc.); • Strong aptitude for numbers and accuracy, good numerical and analytical skills, able to demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving; • An interest in current affairs, and an appreciation of their impact on the market, business and economy; • Tolerant to stressful situations, experience of working in multicultural teams; • Good communication skills, good negotiation skills, good organisational skills, high responsibility, enthusiastic and assertive personality; • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team; • Friendly, organised, responsible and hard-working person.
