Sales & Operations Director - Russia, Ukraine & CIS
Sales Activities:
• Overall management of Sales Strategy for the Group within 9 Business Lines
• Constant daily/weekly/quarterly coordination of Sales activity together with Operations Directors, their teams and Country Managers
• Full responsibility for TOP Worldwide preferred Accounts of the GROUP, acting as a KEY contact person, providing full support in both directions
• Managing tender/BID processes on behalf of the GROUP, being involved min key negotiations on local as well as regional level
• Enlarging Clients base for each particular business, using corporate cross-sales tools as well as global practices.
• Working with “Lost” clients category, trying to bring them back, describing new outlook of the GROUP and covert their needs to GROUP’s abilities
• Close cooperation with Marketing Department, in order to provide the market, existing Account and prospects with relevant Trends, News, Information and etc.
• Coordination of “post sales” activities together with Quality Department – strive for constant improvement of our services and actions
• Leading Sales Training across the teams, starting from Basic tools to more advanced technics throughout the teams
Operations activities:
• Management of all recruitment business within the Group over CIS Region
• Development and creation of new strategy of the business: matching expectations of the group with market realities; defining clear short/mid/long term goals; budgeting, planning and forecasting of ATO growth, together with increase of profitability
• Full coordination and management of all external activities towards the market: business development, accounts management, tenders processes and etc.
• Entire relaunch of all internal procedures and policies: org chart reshuffle, defining exact responsibilities for each level, audit and revision of previous performance, review and set up of new monthly/quarterly/yearly targets for each individual, as well as for all business units
• Full refresh of internal/external corporate culture, improvement of Employer Brand
• Hiring, replacement, development, empowering of existing as well as new members of the team
• Creation and launch of new trainings for entire Group employees
• Rebranding of recruitment business of the Group and further promotion on the market
