The Assistant Human Resources Manager at the Beverages Manufacturing Plant in KIZAD A8, Al Taweelah Area of Abu Dhabi.

About me
Natalie is holding a Master of Arts degree in International Business from London Metropolitan University (1999, UK), a Diploma in Recruitment Practice (DipRP, 2007, UK) from a Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), UK and a Degree of Specialist in Innovation Management from Kazan State Technological University (1998, Russia).
Natalie encountered the first ten years of her career in London, the UK, in various professional capacities, such as an executive search consultant (i.e., a head-hunter for the recruitment industry), a petroleum products price reporter (i.e., a petrochemical industry news editor), a conference producer and an entrepreneur (i.e., a recruitment consultancy business owner), working with multinational corporations and privately held firms, since the year 1998. She had the luck of engaging with some high-ranking government officials from Russia and Nigeria and gaining their trust. Natalie has been professionally trained as a technical field head-hunter for the executive search industry in London (UK) during her employment with the FutureStep Korn/Ferry firm in the years 2005-2006.
Natalie has been based in the UAE since the year 2008. She has been a Regional Recruitment Consultant at Adecco Middle East in Dubai, UAE until June 2010, developing new business within the Oil and Gas, Power, and Engineering industries on behalf of her employer.
