Business and Marketing Manager
• Achieved face-to-face meeting with the President of Azerbaijan Republic where presented national ICT development vision. This resulted in $6M of additional sales because of innovative programmes adopted by the government. Additionally, the meeting improved Microsoft’s long-term presence in the region and further sales dynamic.
• Designed and implemented region-wide reporting and decision making practice to headquarters for the CEE region of New Markets; deployed strategic targets with the headquarters, and advised on investment decisions. Responsible for strategic planning and projects’ direction definition.
• Developed recommendations for regional marketing investment decisions, partnerships agreements and distribution channel development. These recommendations supported $15M annual revenue target.

About me
• During my career I have always occupied client-facing positions – either internal or external – in which I extensively built trust and managed relationships as a core success factor. As Business and Marketing Manager at Microsoft I was mainly responsible for business development activities and worked directly with the partner’s C-levels to identify gaps in their business processes, resources and capabilities, and to advise on improvement strategies.
• I held various technical and non‐technical positions across IT discipline supporting BP’s core businesses in the Upstream. This allowed me to get engaged with a number of business disciplines (operations, health and safety, finance, HR, marketing and communications, and etc.) and develop broad high-level understanding of the oil and gas business.
• As a Change Management Consultant at BP I managed to complete a new culture development project that was considered incomplete and abandoned prior to my involvement. As a Business and Marketing Manager at Microsoft I launched and completed a number of programs that required innovative approach along with careful resource management, KPI compliance, and budget control.
• I hold a BS degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Moscow State University. Having very strong analytical skills I can develop and analyze complex Excel models including the uncertainty simulation, statistical significance (noise vs. signal) and risk analysis. I enjoy converting hard data into solutions and action plans.
