Main accountabilities: • Problem Loan Management startup on SF1-RU market; • PLM Guideline formulation and launching; • Building the relationship with other departments involved into floorplan financing for Weak Dealers, with manufacturer, HQ and the dealers; • PLM processes, methods and tools, adoption of best practices from other markets (in close cooperation with HQ); • Key Account Management for weak dealers (restructuring, winding-up), corresponding risks evaluation and mitigation; • Regular/irregular credit reviews. Achievements: • Successful closure of seven dealers without any losses for SF1-RU (in close cooperation with other SF1-RU departments, manufacturer and HQ); • Contributed into the development of the Early Warning System for Russian market; • Enhancement of communication between SF1-RU and B3-RU regarding weak dealers.

Contributed to the optimization of credit note posting, causing such discrepancies; • Improved payment discipline of the dealers via elimination of principal and interest outstanding discrepancies, and ensured correctness of future invoices.
