Created https://pohmelje.ru, an educational medical website with an annual audience of up to 4 million users. Interviewed doctors, translated numerous research articles from English and medical Russian into Russian. Managed and supervised copywriters and content creators. Created diagrams and illustrations. Developed Hi Nano, an educational mobile game app that introduces the player to the fundamentals of physics. Member of the international team at irr.ru, Russia’s largest classified ads website at the time. Started as a webmaster (website localization). Then became head of Tech Support Division (15 people) to lead development and QA (localization, monetization, ads import and export, usability improvements). Built website engine documentation from scratch, working as a system analyst myself and as a leader for a team of analysts. Promoted to Project Manager, then to Product Manager. Gathered requirements, assigned tasks, managed development in the role of Product Owner in an Agile environment. Started and finished website migration to the new platform, and implemented a number of monetization products. As a part of the international team finished the following projects: -- migrated the website to the new engine; -- created the documentation of the website from the scratch; -- implemented a few monetization projects. The website reached profitability; -- debugged the process of import of ads from offline database to online database. The loss of ads plummeted from few hundreds a day to zero; -- improved a few metrics of the website UX, for instance the % of ads placed with photos.
