My duty included management of the personnel, manage, maintain and improve cost control system that provides accurate and complete data on expenditures and commitment for each production projects. • Present monthly finance reports (accruals, forecast, variance, internal reports e t.g) to ensure consistency and accuracy of specified information. Ensure any discrepancies are fully investigated and presented to Management. • Coordinate the monthly accrual report to finance resulting from the receipt of un-invoiced goods and service, ensuring costs are coded accurately and the report issued in a timely manner. • Cost Monitoring of Capex tracking sheet, calloffs registration, invoice processing, ensure that is correctly recoded according approved budget, contracts and included all required information. • Control and check information and documentation which sending for users, contractors and any requested departments also for our managers. • Deal with the budget preparation, make analyses, collate units information to Summary sheet. Support for Work Programme preparation, Budget revisions. Work with budget holders, cost controllers. • Support to Cost Controllers, assistance for cost analyses, reports preparation and work organization.
