As a CFO of a hotel chain including 8 hotels in Tashkent, Samarkand and Khiva succeeded to implement the following: - Setting up a centralized procurement function. The total efficiency obtained from the synergy effect was appr. 8-10% due to optimization of volumes and logistics; - Setting up a centralized finance/treasury function. Centralized cash management allowed not to attract external financing and thus allowing to save on interest expenses; - The budgeting and consequent management reporting for 2020 based on USALI with comparative information for 2019 as well as actual vs budget comparison. As an Advisor to the Owner performed a supervision of the following functions in other business projects: - Financial control; - Treasury and liquidity management; - Reporting; - Investor relations; - General supervision; - Recruitment.
